As we developed the Geo-Engine, we identified the need for advanced control and monitoring systems. These are essential to managing performance in extreme conditions, ensuring reliability, and safeguarding operations. To meet this challenge, we partnered with PSW Integrity. Their expertise in reliability engineering and bespoke system design added valuable insight that strengthened the foundation of the Geo-Engine.

The Geo-Engine is designed to operate at pressures of up to 200 bar, with variable gas compositions and challenging offshore environments. Commercially available systems were not suited to these demands, and the absence of a dedicated high-pressure test facility added further complexity. Developing a control and monitoring system for this application required a tailored approach, supported by a strong engineering framework.
